Barbara Arredondo
Barbara Arredondo is an 8th grader at Mary Help of Christians School in Laredo, Texas. She is an avid reader and competitive tennis player. When she’s not on the tennis courts you can find her at home building a Lego set or playing the piano. Barbara loves everything Harry Potter! Barbara became a historical fiction book fan after a trip to Boston and Washington, D.C. She has expanded her interests and now has many favorite book series, such as Harry Potter, The Maze Runner, and the Gallagher Girls series. She has also recently started reading autobiographies of tennis legends Rafael Nadal and Serena Williams. She looks forward to sharing her love of reading and is excited about joining Girls for Books as an Ambassador!
