Kiana got back into reading at the end of 8th grade going into my freshman year. Her favorite book is the Outsiders because it gave her love of reading back.This was a blessing because she had missed opening a book and imagining the world from just words on pages. As she gets older and begins to read books that are outside of my comfort zone she realizes how much books have to offer from fantasy action scenes to realistic depictions of life. If other girls can find their love for reading again it means she has done something impactful.
