Books To Read When You Are Stuck In a Reading Slump
A reading slump is a period of time when a consistent reader struggles to find the motivation to read, often finding it difficult to start or finish a book. There are several possible causes, such as reading through too many books without actually engaging with the stories, finishing a book so good that you can’t imagine starting a new one, or struggling through a book so boring that you barely managed to finish it at all. Sometimes, the issue is simply just not being able to find the right book. To help with that, I’ve put together a selection of books that I hope will help anyone who’s struggling to get out of their reading slump. These books are light hearted and easy to follow, making them the perfect cure. However, keep in mind that getting out of a reading slump looks different for everyone. Reading is meant to be enjoyable, not something that feels pressured or leads to burnout, so remember that it’s always okay to take breaks. Take care, and happy reading!
